Read Our Service Policy
1. Confirm Email Address
After booking, a reminder email will be sent 24hour before your appointment containing address information. Kindly ensure your email address is
correct
2. Payment Mode
50% deposit is required for bridal & home services
3. Appointment Cancellation
It is important to provide at least 24hrs notice via text to cancel or reschedule an appointment. If cancellation is due to the artist your deposit will be refunded immediately. If client cancels the deposit will not be refunded. No same day cancellation.
4. Rescheduling Appointment
Rescheduling few hours before your appointment time an extra N5,000 charge will be applied you can do that with Artist via text messages with your booking information.
5. Lateness
Please do not be late to your appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late an extra N5,000 charge will be applied. If you are up to 30 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled and you are to pay in full for time slot.
6. Delay
If mua is delayed during home visits, an extra charge will be applied
7. No-Show Appointment
Kindly note that full amount will be charged for a No show appointment.
8. Miscellaneous
Artist cannot be held accountable for any allergies or reactions orcomplications from makeup application.
Lashes used are regular lashes or Mink. Clients can bring any lash of their choice to the appointment.
If you are allergic to makeup products, please come with your own products. Also, artist requires you to bring your foundation to your first appointment.
Late night bookings attract extra rates
Extra Touch ups attract extra rates (photoshoot only)
All other locations not listed will be priced separately based on the distance
